EVENT DETAILS

MOSS-apalooza – Moss and Music -- Saturday, September 23rd -- 1-5 pm.

MOSS GARDENING TIPS: 1:30 pm -- Annie Martin, aka Mossin’ Annie, will be sharing her expertise with DIY moss gardeners. She will provide valuable insights on how to transform your garden or lawn into a serene retreat and eco-friendly landscape showcasing the world’s oldest living land plants – mosses!

AUTOGRAPHED BOOKS: Throughout the afternoon, Mossin’ Annie will be autographing copies of her book, The Magical World of Moss Gardening; now in its 3rd printing (Timber Press 2015). She’ll be happy to personally inscribe your book. Great holiday gift idea for friends and family.

DOORPRIZES: Every half hour -- Autographed copies of Martin’s book, moss trays, moss art logs and a professional site consultation.

DISCOUNTS: Mountain Moss’ Team will help DIY moss gardeners choose the RIGHT moss for your project. Special discounts will be available on selected shade and sun moss species (that’s right, some mosses thrive in sunny locations especially stone patios, paver paths and walls).

MUSIC by NIKKI TALLEY: Begins @ 2 pm – WNC’s own talented singer/songwriter will be providing exceptional tunes as you stroll through the Mossery. Bring a chair so you can sit and stay a while. Tips and baby shower presents welcome for our dear friend – Ms. Nikki – who is due to deliver her first baby in early October. For more info, visit www.nikkitalley.com
